reporting and regulatory reporting.
The system currently manages in excess of $250 million
in assets and produces sophisticated monthly reports
to management, regulatory bodies

with this client began shortly after this company
was started. During this time,
Sundial’s volume has grown from 45 new homes
per year to in excess of 800.
Asynchron Systems designed, installed and has continued
to enhance and support an integrated
management system that monitors all facets of this
business. The efficiency of the system has permitted
overheads to grow at a fraction
of construction and revenue volume growth. |

Josephson, Inc. is one of the largest manufacturers
of contract wallcovering in the world. Asynchron
Systems replaced their legacy
system with a computerized solution for their wholesale
distribution business. Specifically,
Asynchron electronically converted all the data
including financial, inventory, manufacturing,
orders and invoices and provided the company with
a sophisticated order entry, inventory
management system including serialized SKU’s.
Asynchron also created the opportunity for customer
access via web browser to inventory descriptions
and on-hand quantities as well as accounting
information including open invoices and monthly
statements. This system also allows for electronic
delivery of documents such as Order Confirmations,
Delivery Status Notifications, Invoices and
Monthly Statements via e-mail or fax. |
